Terms of Use

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and EDGE STACKS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (d/b/a “EDGE STACKS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of edgestacks.ai (the “Site”) and any content, documents, or digital products purchased through the Site (together, the “Product”). By using the Site or purchasing the Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase the Product.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and located in a jurisdiction where sports betting is lawful to purchase or use the Product. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. What the Product Is (and Is Not)

EDGE STACKS is a digital product that provides access to AI-powered sports analysis tools delivered via a web-based application. Season Passes and Top-Up Stacks are digital goods purchased through our website and delivered electronically.

EDGE STACKS provides analytical research tools for informational and educational purposes. We do not provide picks, tips, guaranteed outcomes, financial advice, or any form of wagering service. All analysis outputs are generated by AI systems analyzing publicly available data. You are solely responsible for interpreting outputs and making wagering decisions.

EDGE STACKS is not, and does not hold itself out to be:

  • A sportsbook, bookmaker, tout service, or handicapping service.
  • A licensed gambling operator or gaming supplier.
  • A registered investment adviser or financial adviser.

We do not accept, place, or facilitate wagers. We do not publish our own odds or lines. We do not guarantee any betting outcome, return on investment, or any level of accuracy. Any decision you make about placing a wager is yours alone, made at your own risk, and subject to the rules of the sportsbook you use.

3.1 Independence; No Affiliation or Endorsement

EDGE STACKS is an independent research product. EDGE STACKS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Major League Baseball (MLB), the National Basketball Association (NBA), the National Football League (NFL), the National Hockey League (NHL), any of their member clubs, teams, players, officials, or any sportsbook, bookmaker, or gaming operator (including, without limitation, DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars Sportsbook, or any other operator).

EDGE STACKS does not receive affiliate fees, referral kickbacks, placement payments, revenue share, or other consideration from any sportsbook or gaming operator in connection with the Product.

All league, team, player, sportsbook, and other third-party names, logos, trademarks, service marks, and trade dress that appear on the Site or within the Product are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for purposes of identification, commentary, research, and analysis. Any such use does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or approval by the respective owner.

4. Access Granted to You

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of the applicable fee, EDGE STACKS grants you personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable access to use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial use. Your Season Pass grants you access to use the analytical tools during the applicable season window — not ownership of the underlying systems, algorithms, or intellectual property.

5. Things You Agree Not to Do

You agree that you will not:

  • Share, lend, or transfer your login credentials, access link, or session to any other person.
  • Access the Product using credentials that belong to someone else.
  • Screen-record, screenshot, or otherwise capture and redistribute analysis outputs produced by the Product.
  • Post, publish, or share analysis outputs (in whole or in part) on any public or private forum, marketplace, social platform, or messaging service.
  • Embed, bundle, or incorporate analysis outputs into any other product, tool, bot, service, or training dataset.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice contained in the Product or its outputs.
  • Use the Product in violation of any law or the terms of service of any sportsbook, AI platform, or other third-party service.
  • Use the Product, in whole or in part, to build, operate, fine-tune, or assist any bot, scraper, auto-click tool, or other system that places wagers automatically on your behalf or on behalf of any other person.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the underlying logic, prompts, or algorithms of the Product.

6. Sportsbook Platforms — No Automation

The Product is designed to help you analyze, research, and think about potential wagers using general-purpose AI assistants. You place every wager yourself, manually, on the sportsbook platform of your choice.

EDGE STACKS does not connect to, integrate with, scrape, or automate any sportsbook, exchange, or betting platform. The Product contains no bots, no auto-click tools, no odds scrapers, and no API integrations with any sportsbook. Using the Product to build, operate, or assist any automated wager-placement system is expressly outside the intended use of the Product and is prohibited under these Terms.

You are solely responsible for complying with the Terms of Service, house rules, and any other agreements of any sportsbook or betting platform you use. EDGE STACKS makes no representation that any specific sportsbook permits AI-assisted analysis, and you should review the rules of your chosen sportsbook before using the Product in connection with it.

7. Intellectual Property

The analytical systems, proprietary prompts, algorithms, data processing methods, and output formats used by EDGE STACKS are proprietary and confidential. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, distribute, or share any analysis outputs, system methodology, or product internals. Your Season Pass grants you personal, non-transferable access to use the tools — not ownership of the underlying systems.

The Product, the Site, and all associated content, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks (including “EDGE STACKS”) are owned by EDGE STACKS or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

7.1 Access Controls, Monitoring, and Enforcement

By purchasing or using the Product, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Server-Side Analysis. The Product delivers AI-powered analysis through a web-based application. The underlying prompts, algorithms, and system methodology are executed server-side and are not exported, downloaded, or delivered to you in raw form.
  • Session-Based Authentication. Access to the Product is tied to your personal credentials. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Sharing your access link, login credentials, or active session with any other person is a violation of these Terms.
  • Usage Monitoring. EDGE STACKS monitors usage patterns associated with your account, including session activity, analysis frequency, and other metadata, for the purpose of detecting unauthorized access, enforcing daily limits, and protecting the integrity of the Product.
  • Entitlement Revocation. If EDGE STACKS determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated Section 5 of these Terms (including credential sharing, unauthorized access, or redistribution of analysis outputs), we may immediately suspend or permanently revoke your access to the Product without notice or refund.
  • Legal Action. In addition to revocation, EDGE STACKS reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of attorneys' fees, against any person who infringes our intellectual property rights.

Your continued use of the Product constitutes your consent to the access-control and monitoring practices described in this section.

8. Purchases, Pricing, and Taxes

All purchases of digital products (Season Passes and Top-Up Stacks) are final upon completion. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are billed as single, one-time charges — Season Passes are not recurring and do not auto-renew. Applicable sales or similar taxes may be added based on your location, as calculated by our payment processor. You are responsible for any other taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand you are acquiring a digital product delivered electronically and that you have reviewed our Purchase Policy.

9. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, exchanges, or any other form of purchase reversal. EDGE STACKS Season Passes and Top-Up Stacks are digital products providing access to AI-powered analytical tools — not guaranteed outcomes. Sports betting carries inherent risk, and no analytical tool can eliminate that risk. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that results will vary and that you are solely responsible for all wagering decisions.

10. Responsible Gambling

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND PRODUCT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDGE STACKS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, PROFITABILITY, OR THAT THE PRODUCT WILL PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC BETTING OUTCOME OR FINANCIAL RESULT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL EDGE STACKS OR ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST WAGERS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCT, EVEN IF EDGE STACKS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY EVENT, EDGE STACKS’ TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO EDGE STACKS FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EDGE STACKS and its officers, members, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Site or Product; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Product will be the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Product after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Entire Agreement; Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Purchase Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EDGE STACKS regarding the Site and the Product. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
